- It's 100 gm of cheddar cheese grated.
- It's 200 gm of plain four.
- It's 250 ml of milk.
- You need 2 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.

- Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Spray a 24 hold mini muffin tray with oil and put aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the milk to the flour mixture gradually and gently mix together until the mixture is combined. Mix in the grated cheese well.
- Spoon into muffin tin to not quite the top of each mould.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
