- It's 435 grams of pineapple chunks in juice.
- Prepare 400 ml of full fat coconut milk.
- Prepare of some lime zest (optional).

- Whisk the coconut milk until frothy and light.
- Blend up the pineapple and juice until pureed.
- Mix the milk and pineapple together, stir through the lime zest and pour into ice lolly moulds.
- Freeze until set, around 4 hours.
- You can add some rum to make pina colada pops but don't give them to your children!!.
- Or you can just drink the delicious stuff!!.
- Makes around 8 x 100ml pops.
