  2. It's 1 of egg.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of poha / flattened rice.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of jaggery syrup.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of baking powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  7. You need as needed of few crushed pistachios.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of oil.

  1. Grind the poha in the mixie until it becomes powdered..
  2. Add a piece of jaggery with 1/2 cup of water in a pan & cook till it becomes jaggery absorbed with water & become a thick syrup..
  3. Now add 2 bananas,egg,poha & jaggery syrup in the mixer..
  4. Grind till it becomes a smooth batter..
  5. Take a deep bowl, add the batter, vanilla essence & baking powder in it. Mix well..
  6. Heat the non stick pan with few dash of oil.pour 2 tbsp of batter in to the pan,cook one side for 1 minute & then turn.Cook till it becomes golden in colour..
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios & serve..
