    Tender, flaky coconut lemon scones with a sweet lemon glaze and toasted coconut topping. These scones are a great for breakfast, brunch, or tea time. For the coconut cream, scoop out the solidified cream on top of the tin and place in a bowl, discarding the liquid underneath.     1. It's 100 g of margarine.
    2. It's 50 g of milk.
    3. You need 500 g of self raising flour.

    7. Brush some egg wash over them and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut evenly.
    8. Bake them until golden brown, at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
    9. Serve.

    They are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, easy-to-make, and healthy, plus they can be varied in endless ways. Just made this recipe and it's delicious!!!
